Five Guys Burgers and Fries In Kendall, Florida

I’ve been to Five Guys Burger and Fries quite a few times and I have never left disappointed . The patties themselves are reminiscent of In-N-Out, fresh ground beef never frozen but not cooked to your temperature liking. There are about 15 or so toppings you can add but I usually get the Bacon Cheeseburger with fried Onions and Mayo (just some combination that works for me).

Nothing like Fresh Cut Fries

As for the Fries which are freshly cut daily, you can get either Five Guys Style (regular) or Cajun (Cajun seasoning, duh.). I prefer the Five Guys Style. Just a heads up, the portions are pretty big on the Fries side. The Cajun are great too but the flavor can be a little too much after awhile. I’ve had the Hot Dog which is quite good also. There are some Vegetarians out there so they have a Grilled Cheese on the menu but it’s nothing special. They serve FREE Peanuts in bulk containers, if you’re into that sort of thing. Me….I’m into Burgers & Fries.

They are opening a 5guys behind my house. But I will have my first 5guys burger tomorrow after I get out of work. I will let you know.

I have a five guys burger joint mext to my office on Kendall and 105th Ave. Never had a bad burger there yet. recommend it to everyone.

they just opened one on 137th ave and 120th st. I went today but they have grilled onions as a topping instead of fried onions…. i think i would’ve preferred the fried onions but it was still delish.

So I finally ate a 5guys burger and was not disappointed. The Freshness stands out… like a BBQ fresh taste. And the cajun fries were awesome. Def. gonna be going back since its right behind my house now. Hurray beef!

Sorry, went to the 5 guys in Kendall and it was a big let down. I’ve given it 2 chances. The “sauteed mushrooms” were just canned mushrooms, and I can’t get past the fact that they only serve their burgers well done and dry.

The fries were mixed, 1st time they were great, 2nd time a bit soggy. They should really employ a double frying method.

Went for fourth time in the past w weeks — I love this place. Prior dude said that these are canned mushrooms but I literally saw them cutting the mushrooms in front of me. Not sure what he was talking about.

When I order I tell them NO tomatoes because it makes the bread soggy, but you still need other toppings otherwise it can get dry. My favorites are DOUBLE cheese and bacon with BBQ, but sometimes I mix it up and get double cheese with jalepenos and some raw onions. GOOD stuff.

I'm a HUGE fan, I don't think I've EVER had a better fast food burger or fast food period. I'm going to keep going so I can see if I ever get a bad meal here I can't wait to try the new Cajun Fries. Does anyone know of any plans to open one up in Las Vegas, NV?

Five Guys has plans to open 6 locations in Las Vegas by the end of 2010. The first one is set to open up in May 2010 on Maryland and Tropicana by UNLV.

The only other location I know about is one that is opening July 2010 near W Flamingo and 215 next to Yogurtland.
