So serving beer isn't a "revelation" or isn't that unique to a fast food burger joint? I don't get your use of quotation marks.

But I do like your use of the word "sift."

    🙂

    Rick,

Actually everyone else seems to think it is a revelation. Sift is a good word, lol.

So here's a reality beer or no beer..

"A Duck is a Duck" so with that said its still Burger King, and now with a huge overhead as what they didnt close the Alton Rd drive thru??? talk about all your ducks in a basket yet hey didnt I say a Duck is a Duck…

so better enjoy beer with your BK whatever as no matter the toppings the foundation remains the same oh and did I mention their fries!!?? no mention of improvement heck atleast Domino's knows when its time to throw in the towel….Hey King get the hint-stick with what you do second best sell crappy burgers and fries-forget Beer as what next a BK happy meal with a Beer….Fuggetaboutit….

I found the Whopper Bar here in Orlando at Universal to be kind of funny. Almost a money making scam. They charged for every topping individually, and by the time you had a few toppings your burger was at least $10. All that for what is essentially the same Burger King burger you can get off the dollar menu at a normal Burger King.

I visited the Whopper Bar on South Beach this morning (2017) and they’ve turned it into a standard Burger King branch now! No customisable Whoppers or anything. The interior is still the same, beer is still being sold (albeit only after 10am due to Miami Beach regulations), but you can’t even buy a Whopper before 11am due to the breakfast menu. And after 11am, the full BK menu is available – but gone are all those funky sauces and ingredients you could ask for once. I have no idea when this change was implemented or why, I can only surmise that 98% of customers just didn’t get the concept or were complaining. I wonder if the one in Orlando is still going strong?
