The Yellow Submarine Truck burst out onto the Miami Food Truck scene in mid February of 2010. They were the 3rd of the new generation of food trucks to hit the streets of Miami (after gastroPod and Latin Burger). Music is the central theme running throughout the menu. All the sandwiches are named after songs and you can always hear some great tunes playing through their speakers while you wait for the food. The food is of the Colombian fast food variety but with high quality ingredients. My personal favorite is the Yellow Dog.
