The MexZican Gourmet Truck is the creation of celebrity Chef Zé Carlos Jiménez from Mexico. The menu consists of tacos, quesadillas, toztadas, & tortas but that can change any any moment. Be on the lookout for when there’s Cochinita Pibil on the menu and recently he added the MexZican Croqueta for an event. The must have item is The Legacy!

You were so right Beast, the Legacy is definitely where it’s at with this truck! The combination of the meat & the crunchy texture of the chicharron was delicious! Best taco I’ve had in a while!!!
