It really didn’t take a whole bunch of convincing to get Chef Richard Hales to a do a Burger Brunch Buffet for National Hamburger Month. He’s going to put that Sakaya twist on a menu with breakfast and burger offerings (maybe even a Frita). The $35 tickets are limited for this event and there is only one seating. I would snap them up with the quickness. I have a feeling we’re going to be having the Burger Brunch Buffet of a lifetime.
