Butcher & The Burger Opening in Boca Raton Real Soon

The 1st Butcher & the Burger has been serving up red meat love in Chicago since October of 2011. It’s helmed by Chef Al Sternweiler with Govind Armstrong in tow as a partner in the company. This fast casual Burger concept is very focused on quality.  Besides growing their own Heritage Hogs (Ossabaws and Hammy Duroc crosses), raising their own Milk-Fed Chickens, and working exclusively with small family owned farms, the Boca location will feature Key West shrimp in their Shrimp Burger. So far, planned “Specials” include local Gator Burgers and other seasonal game.

Below is a “draft” menu and I’ll be honest, I’m not sure if I was supposed to keep it to myself. It’s a little late now to do something about it, so check it out:

About Burger Beast

I started writing the Burger Beast food blog to tell folks about those little forgotten gems in South Florida. Over the course of the last 5 years or so I've added News, Opinions, & Tips on a variety of Food related subjects. My first love will always be Burgers but Comfort Food is where it's at. At the end of the day I’m a regular dude who writes about a bunch of things I think you should know about.

it was a very bad burger in Boca Towne Center last night, burned and med. rare on the inside, asked for no salt on the fries, came with tons of salt, sent them back, second round, still a lot of salt.. plus the wait was over 15 min., other patrons also disappointed… $11.00 for food I could not eat… I just gave up and will not go back. They were not even busy, like Chic Filet next door, they were really busy and moving the lines quick. Butcher Burger had not much and you had to wait for over 15 min., lovely young woman behind the counter explained it was all made to order… women ahead of me waited for over 30 min. What did they “BUTCHER” the cow for her burger?
