About Burger Beast

I started writing the Burger Beast food blog to tell folks about those little forgotten gems in South Florida. Over the course of the last 5 years or so I've added News, Opinions, & Tips on a variety of Food related subjects. My first love will always be Burgers but Comfort Food is where it's at. At the end of the day I’m a regular dude who writes about a bunch of things I think you should know about.

Now, i must admit I may be a little biased, but my all time favorite chat chow episode has got to be my boy burger beast’s interview. First of all, BB keeps it real so i knew there’d be potential for some controversy/awkward moment on the show. And he didnt fail to disappoint because within the 1st minute he uttered the phrase “what is this crap” in regards to when he first heard of chat chow. Classic! Honestly, I saw BB that day at The Grind and unfortunately he want wearing the burger earrings. In fact i didnt know he had donned them until I saw this episode. You sexy Beast you!!!

My favorite episode was the 1 year anniversary, because I love watching the bloopers!

“What is this crap?” Yep, it was your episode. Love the burger earring!

  • OK! It took me a while to answer because I grabbed some popcorn, got comfortable on my couch, and watched all the episodes again. I gotta tell you, it’s hard to decide! Every time I thought I had a favorite, I’d watch another one and change my mind. BB’s episode was the bomb! Brought back smokin’ memories of The Grind. Loved Wok Star Eleanor Ho’s episode and I cracked up through the bird poop incident in the Bloopers episode with Ms. Cheezious. So, I decided I’d pick the one I related to the most and that was the One Year Anniversary episode. I picked it for several reasons. One of the sponsors was Mercy, and I keep a six pack in my fridge. I lost count of how many drinks Lauren had which rocked and I found it so entertaining, I watched it three times! Keep up the fun and see you soon! Maria 🙂

Congratulations. My favorite episode of Chat Chow TV was the one where Lauren the hostess is giving her beginning credits in the Little Havana episode and this old man is behind her looking at her talking to the camera baffled. Turns out that the old man is my neighbor. Very funny Chat Chow.

My favorite one was the one with Juvia Posted on 22. Mar, 2012. Gio kicked ass as the host. Not bad for a trooper but I did miss the lovely Lauren. ;-p

  • I love the outtakes when Lauren has had a little bit too much to drink. She is really funny and entertaining. Showing the bloopers once in a while gives viewers a behind the scene look of Chat Chow and adds a touch of fun.
