ROK:BRGR from Ft. Lauderdale will be opening up in South Miami on Tuesday August 14th at 5PM for dinner service with the regular schedule to start on the following day.. Just to give you an idea of what kind of joint ROK:BRGR is, they won the People’s Vote Award at the Riverwalk Burger Battle for 2011 & 2012.
This place is serious business from their Primo’s Meatballs topped with whipped Ricotta & Poutine (Fries topped with Cheese Curds & Gravy) to the Penny Burger (10oz. Certified Angus Beef, topped with Pulled Short Rib, Horseradish Cheddar Cheese, Bourbon BBQ Sauce. named after their English Bulldog mascot name “Peggy”).
They’re open late, have a full bar and serve great food. It’s not just what the neighborhood deserved but what it needed. Indeed.
