I’m a giant Horror Movie fan so when I was approached about giving out a couple of pairs of tix to the upcoming The Vampire Circus I jumped at the opportunity (maybe not jumped, more like mini hopped). The Vampire Circus will be sinking its fangs into Downtown Miami from October 18th – Halloween (Oct. 31st). The shows will be every Tuesday – Saturday at 8PM and one at 5PM on Sundays. They’re erecting a Big Top at Bayfront Park where all the action will take place.
The show is based on the legend of Dracula and how during the 19th Century he decides to open a traveling circus to hide his real motive, world domination. The show features 30 artists performing everything from acrobatics, magic and comedy all with some terror thrown in for good measure.
Ticket prices range from $20.00 to $100.00 for children and adults. VIP Vamp experience is available depending how far spectators want to sit from the vampires or how much blood they want to donate. The show is recommended for children 8 years of age and older. Please leave your toddlers at home as most of the show is not suitable for them. The show is protected by vampire security, which permits no costumes or masks.
NOTE: The producer wishes to assure the audience that not one vampire was hurt in the making of this show.
