About Burger Beast

I started writing the Burger Beast food blog to tell folks about those little forgotten gems in South Florida. Over the course of the last 5 years or so I've added News, Opinions, & Tips on a variety of Food related subjects. My first love will always be Burgers but Comfort Food is where it's at. At the end of the day I’m a regular dude who writes about a bunch of things I think you should know about.

The sign outside said food trucks at 7.  We arrived, they said we had to wait until 8.  So we did.  At 815 the crowd had swelled out front but they still wouldn’t let anyone in.  I saw about 20-30 people leaving.  Being hungry, I explained all this to the staff and that we were taking our $50 and leaving.  The staff did not care. You trucks are the ones that missed out on so many people leaving because the magic city staff did not let us in.
