We’re one week away (Friday February 22nd) from the South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Burger Bash. If you’re a real Burger fan then you must make it out to this event at least once in your lifetime; as far as Burger Events go it doesn’t get any better than this. It’s been sold out for months but we finally get a look at the Burgers being served by each participant at the event. My money is on Michael Symon for a 4-Peat.
