To celebrate the Miami Food Trucks Facebook Page reaching the 35000 “Likes” plateau, I’m giving away 10 of these handy dandy “I Love Food Trucks” Red Raglan T-Shirts. It’s very simple if you want to be under consideration for walking away with one of these fellas. In the comments area below please mention your favorite Food Truck and how long have they been your favorite. Anyone caught bullshitting about the length of their infatuation with their favorite Food Truck will be disqualified. I will at random choose 10 folks to win.

Contest will end at 12 p.m. ET, Friday, March 8 2013. 10 winners will be chosen from everyone who leaves a proper comment below. One entry per person and comments on our Facebook page or through Twitter are not valid.

My favorite used to be Latin House, and I was a “stalker” for a while before they opened their brick and mortar. Now, I would say that my fav is probably Ms. Cheezious. I stopped the food truck scene for a while, but have slowly started getting back into it recently.

My heart belongs to Ms. Cheezious for the last maybe 2.5 years… The moment I had that melty gooey cheese I’m my mouth I was hooked. I’ve been a fan since they only had mc1… I have love for all trucks though! It’s like one big family when I go to the events! Either way, I will support food truck forever, with all my heart, tummy and $$$$$ 🙂

Hard question. I would have said Yellow Submarine, but much like the last commenter said about Latin House, they are B&M now… I will have to declare a tie between Ms Cheezious (for the Grilled Harvest) and Gastropod (for anything that has the gpod sauce), with an honorable mention to Latin Burger for the Macho Burger. Damm, now I’m hungry.

I love Ms. Cheezious – so delicious. Ever since I have my first gooey gourmet grilled cheese (about 2 years ago)I have been a huge fan.

On season 10 of “Hells Kitchen” when they introduced Chef Robyn Almodovar of Hollywood, FL. I said to myself “someday I’m going to run into her”. Low and behold, I sure did at Supreme Rest. Supply. She gave me one of her cards, that following Monday I went to Arts in the Park. Over the last 4 months or so I have been following “Palate Party”. It is always such a pleasure to visit and enjoy here culinary style, not to mention went she jumps up on top of her kitchen on wheels and starts dancing.

About 6 months ago (maybe even more?), my girlfriend and I learned about a food truck that served gelato. That’s cool, because gelato is a wonderful thing on its own, and nice to have a unique take on it. But there was more…they didn’t just serve gelato, they froze it, put it on a stick, dipped it in various types of chocolate, then piled on wonderful crumbled toppings.

And so, HipPOPs was born. So was our infatuation, or rather, obsession. You could even call it “fandom” or, if you’d really like to skirt the line…stalker-ism.

For me, the Hot Tamale rules (Mexican spicy chocolate gelato with dark chocolate and hazelnuts (or your preferred “popping”)). For her? The Danielle Special – Nutella, Milk Chocolate, and Hazelnuts.

Mmmm…a great end to a nice evening out with the trucks.

Also, she really wants that T-shirt. 😉

I’m not even really sure how to choose a favorite, so i’m giving you my top 5 ( in no particular order) .. i literally race to the arts park as soon as i see Boba Tea (#1)! I don’t have a favorite tea, i like to switch up all the flavors and get different “pop”! However, their kiwi smoothie, with strawberry pop is always a good choice! STF gourmet (#2) – their green burger is out of this world and their Truffle fries are just as delicious! Mr. Good Stuff (#3) has the Godfather burger that is toooo die for! The Purple People eatery (#4) always gets me with their specials and I’m always sure to get a California burger when they’re there. BC Tacos (#5) is good for a quick snack. I’ll usually get the T-REX taco and they’ll suggest sauces for you. I could keep going with good trucks, but I’ll keep it simple =)

After reading this, it may seem as though i’m a 300lb. man, but im not! I just LOVEE the food trucks! See you Monday in Hollywood!

I have been in love with AZ Canteen since it first rolled into my heart last summer. When I first heard Andrew Zimmern had a food truck touring the states, I automatically assumed it’d feature his usual buffalo testicles or fried rhinoceros uterus. So I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the menu on and even more surprised to find out it would be making a South Florida pit stop. everything on the menu is delicious but I’m a sucker for the Pork Belly & veal tongue sliders. and not only is the food good, the staff working the truck are the best!

I love HipPOPs. I follow them all over the place and all my friends that come to visit or live here has been exposed. I have been a huge fan for almost a year now. There is the goodness of sweet like I like; Nutella and the spicyness like my boyfriend like, Mexican, best of both worlds. I love all these food truck events and I would be a proud wearer of the shirt 😉

I enjoy the excellent food and the gals at “Palate Party” … I’ve traveled to all 50 states the last few years, ate at hundreds of food trucks and hundrds of festivals, fairs, food competitions …. and they are always on my taste buds and mind! Ok I’m currently in Austin, TX which is food truck center in the USA and a killer culinary industry….and I’d love to wear one of your T-Shirts to one of my BBQ events I doing judging or a food festival I’ll be attending let along one of the reality shows I’m in or one of my new shows were filming! It would be great to show support for my Florida “foodies”!!!

My favorite is the Boba station. I absolutely love Boba tea. It is so much fun to drink through the fun straw and sip up the Boba. Really I love all food trucks.

The Chef at Palate Party is so freakin awesome…always asking and open to feedback. Super Customer Service! One time they ran out of their strawberry mint lemonade…which I was so looking forward to, and she said next one is on me. Since then, I always try to support this foodtruck and it’s usually my first stop on our foodtruck hop. It determines what else we’re getting the rest of the evening.

Also love Top Fries…the variety is awesome…but certain varieties run out quickly. The owners son and daughter are adorable, always helping their Dad.

My favorite food truck is Crazyadilla. They are the best. I have been following them for 8 months now. Their cannoliadilla (don’t know how to spell) is the best, also their casprisadilla rocks! I have actually won stuff from them also which is totally awesome! I love food trucks! Yum
