Sprung Beer Festival

The Sprung Beer Festival (brought to you by the creators of Grovetoberfest) is here to celebrate not only the start of Spring Break but the growing Craft Beer scene here in South Florida. For you bar hoppers there’s even a bunch of games like Giant Jenga, Mega Twister and Human Bowling. Tickets will still be available at the door for General Admission tomorrow but Beer Socialite and VIP tix sales end tonight at Midnight . But you may be in luck as I’ve got 1 pair of VIP tickets to giveaway today. The answer to this question will win the tickets:

A nice Brown Ale ie: Brooklyn Brown Ale with chocolate and nuts notes are a great compliment to a Good ole American Cheese burger- Char grilled…. It’s 10:30 am and I am ready for lunch!!!

I’m a student at the University of Miami. So when I’m at the Rathskellar with a bunch of my friends, my go-to is a nice Shock Top with my cajun burger.

Ok, with nice a nice big barbecue bacon cheeseburger, I would go with the Shaddock IPA by the Widmer Brothers brewing. This IPA has a very refreshing sweet hoppy finish on the palate due to the use of the grape fruit peels used during the brewing process. It creates a perfect contrast between the heavy salty bacon cheese burger and sweet hoppy finish in the beer. Drink up and enjoy!!!

I would say the best beer would be amberbock to pair with a burger, why simple that caramel color give an extra nice caramelize taste with a burger speacilly if you put BBQ sauce

I would pair my favorite burger with Newcastle, a nice brown ale helps bring out the flavor of a great burger.

Can’t have enough bacon with my burger, so I’d pair a juicy burger with a Rauch style beer. A nice cold pint of Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier would be the right choice for those looking for a smokey good time.
