We Set The Guinness Book World Record For Largest Food Truck Parade At Magic City Casino

Last night at Magic City Casino the Miami Food Trucks set the Guinness Book World Record for Largest Food Truck Parade. To set the record we needed 50 Food Trucks and that was obliterated (alright maybe not obliterated) with 62 of South Florida’s finest. The event started with a police escorted caravan of the Food Trucks for 2.2 miles around Magic City Casino. It was a sight to behold. Once everyone got back, the windows were open to serve food from 5 til 10PM. Food Truck Invasion had a dunk tank set up where all the money raised went to St. Baldrick’s. Food Cart USA brought one of their demo trucks (a replica of the old Beastmobile) for those fans who wanted to check out what it’s like inside one of the roving restaurants. And of course the Pinchadiscos 305 (our DJ friends) were in the house too!

Thanks to Magic City Casino for being the biggest supporter of the Food Truck movement in South Florida.

And a special thanks to the thousands of Food Truck Fans who come out and support this and every event. This one was for you.

About Burger Beast

I started writing the Burger Beast food blog to tell folks about those little forgotten gems in South Florida. Over the course of the last 5 years or so I've added News, Opinions, & Tips on a variety of Food related subjects. My first love will always be Burgers but Comfort Food is where it's at. At the end of the day I’m a regular dude who writes about a bunch of things I think you should know about.
