There was a second part to the Amstel Light Burger Beast Challenge where you (the readers) had a chance to win a pair of tickets to THE signature event of South Beach Wine & Food Festival.

All you had to do was hit up one of the participating restaurants, snap a picture of your Burger and post it to social media with the hashtag of #AmstelBurgerBeast.

And the winner of the two tickets to the Amstel Light Burger Bash is………..Btech1’s creative picture entitled Spin The Bottle:  a Burger & Beer Joint Burger along with an Amstel Light.

About Burger Beast

I started writing the Burger Beast food blog to tell folks about those little forgotten gems in South Florida. Over the course of the last 5 years or so I've added News, Opinions, & Tips on a variety of Food related subjects. My first love will always be Burgers but Comfort Food is where it's at. At the end of the day I’m a regular dude who writes about a bunch of things I think you should know about.

I used to drink Amstel in the Cayman Islands but all you can get in the U.S. is Amstel Light. I tasted it and it tastes the same. So I wondered if it’s just a marketing thing—I’m convinced they sell us Amstel (in the US) with an Amstel Light label. It’s a delicious beer and doesn’t taste ‘light’ at all to me.
