Hard Rock Cafe was one of my obsessions growing up. It was also one of the first non Fast Food Burgers I had as a kid so it holds a special place in my heart. Since it is National Hamburger Month I thought it might be cool to ask Hard Rock Café’s Executive Chef Russell Booth a few questions. He not only answered them but he also greeted me at the beginning of the video too. I’m not gonna lie to you, that was pretty awesome and unexpected.

Smashburger Opens in Coral Springs

Smashburger finally opened up in Coral Springs (1840 N. University Drive) on Tuesday. On Monday I was lucky enough to be invited to their VIP aka Soft Opening to be their “Celebrity Smasher”.  As a Celebrity Smasher I did the ceremonial 1st smash on the grill which also involves having to be able to execute a flip after the meat had adhered itself to their 400 degree flat top.
