Relish is a part of an up and coming area in west palm beach a la design district in Miami. To be honest, the name had me thrown off a bit since I took it as a food topping. At the restaurant I realized that the meant its other definition. When you order your burger you are awarded with one free “Relish” but the choices are plentiful so one might just not do. I ordered my burger and added the drunken onions (beer battered onions) and chopped bacon with Swiss cheese. As if that wasn’t enough, I also ordered another burger with the chopped bacon and sweet buffalo sauce with swiss cheese. Once my burgers arrived, I was excited to chow down. The first burger I tried was topped with the drunken onions.

The beer taste was present but not over powering. I could still taste the bacon and the juiciness of the burger. It was my favorite of the two. The second burger’s Relish was the Sweet & Smokey Bacon .

The buffalo sauce added a kick and some zing to the salty sweetness of the bacon. Relish also offers a wide variety of alternatives to beef burgers (White Meat Turkey, Buffalo, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Veal, Crab, Shrimp, Black Bean, Lamb, Wild Mushroom & Lobster) and an even wider variety of toppings so the combinations seem endless.
