Dim Ssäm à gogo Food Truck by Sakaya Kitchen

Dim Ssäm à gogo is the food truck offshoot of Sakaya Kitchen. The menu is always changing except for a few items that are so popular, it might cause a riot if they’re not available on the truck. Dim Ssäm à gogo made its cooking debut at the Fall For The Arts event in early September 2010. On the following day at my yearly awards ‘The Burgies‘, Sakaya Kitchen won Best Non-Traditional Burger for its Bulgogi Burger.

Below are pictures of my favorite items from Sakaya Kitchen/Dim Ssäm à gogo:

Chunk’d Tots

K-Dawg

Cracklin’ Duck Sandwich

Orange Ribs w/Coconut Jasmine Rice & Brussel Sprouts

Pork Croquetas

KFC Chicken Wings

“Burger Beast” Double Bulgogi Burger

OMG I had the Bulgogi Burger & it was hands down the most delicious & inventive (non-traditional) burger I’ve ever had!!!!! From the tots to that spicy sauce to all the other flavors going on that I couldn’t put my finger on it…YUM-MY!!!!!!! Ever single consecutive bite just got better & better! This burger left me speachless 🙂 it was so unexpected!!!

My five year old daughter, mother, and I love your food. Everything that we have eaten is fabulous! We just wish you would come to events in the south…Cutler Bay area. I spoke to others who feel the same. My daughter talks about and misses your ribs. We can no longer find you anywhere.
