Taste of the Grove is this Weekend

The  21st edition of  “The Great Taste of the Grove Food and Wine Festival” is taking place this Saturday and Sunday from 11AM – 7PM. A few new things have been added this year including the “Sommelier Tasting Grove” and “Connoisseur Spirits Lounge” which include some live demonstrations. I’m looking forward to the “Beans & Blends Coffee House”  which will feature coffees from around the world. There will also be live music with a variety of musical styles.

“Best of the Taste” awards will be given out to participating restaurants based on outstanding taste and presentation. I’ll be one of the judges during the Saturday portion of the event.

General Admission is free and there is a Special VIP Admission for $20.00. You can purchase tastings priced anywhere from $1.00 to $8.00. If you decide to go the VIP route that includes special tastings, butler service and giveaways.

Bringing kids? At the Kid’s Adventure Park there will be fun activities & a Child ID station for thumb printing and making IDs to protect your children.
