As a giant fan of the MexZican Gourmet Food Truck I can’t tell you the excitement I felt when I heard he was opening a restaurant. Over the course of the last 11 months I’ve tried a variety of specials on the truck that I’m hoping will find their way into the resto’s regular menu like the Cochinita Pibil.
In addition to his food, The MexZican Gourmet will feature selected wines, imported beers and signature micheladas. With seating of approximately 70 there’s enough room to fit even the most of extended families. It will be open Monday through Saturday but I’m looking forward to the Sunday Brunch that will eventually be added. Opening date has not been chosen but I’ll keep up to date on that info or check out the MexZican Gourmet website.
