Yardbird’s Midnight Chef’s Table features James Beard-nominated Chef James Petrakis this Friday. James is best known for his two Orlando restaurants The Ravenous Pig and Cask & Larder. He will be collaborating with Yardbird Chef Jeff McInnis for a three course dinner featuring an authentic English blood pudding, a lobster hotdog and scotch egg, & culminating with a grilled lamb heart served alongside blackberries, popcorn grits and sorghum popcorn.
