Owner/Chef Daniel Diaz nailed it right out of the gate. I was instantly drawn to Dad’s Favorite Burgers since it conjures the idea of an old school burger joint.
Dad’s Favorite Burgers signature burger seasoning blend and their Angus beef hormone-free smashed burger patties sound like winners to me. I’ll take mine without lettuce and tomato, though. The non-traditional double meat patty melt looks divine with its locally baked bread and French-style caramelized onions with thyme and black pepper.

The food appears to be firing on all cylinders with their made-to-order burgers, sidewinder fries, shakes, and decadent pies. The rest of the menu features chicken nuggets, a BLT, grilled cheese, griddle hot dog, and some milkshakes and malts to wash everything down your gullet.
