Graziano’s Restaurant & Market is a Westchester Classic

I thought Graziano’s was exclusively a Westchester thing for the longest time (1962 to be exact). Then one day, I was driving on LeJeune and encountered a Graziano’s restaurant on the corner of Giralda.

I immediately called my dad, and he confirmed that my family had eaten there on a handful of occasions. But, unfortunately, these occasions did not involve a call to invite me, or so I thought.

My parents + my aunt & uncle like to keep this weekend dinner club that started along with my grandparents. All the adults would go out for dinner, and we teenagers would turn down the invite.

We were too busy or too cool. Eventually, you realize as you get older that it was a big mistake since those moments can never be had again.

Markets or Full-service Restaurants

Graziano’s Market in Doral

The markets are perfect if you want to drop in and grab some wine, olive oil, and some stellar empanadas from their hot food counter. Of course, I’m underselling the selection, but everything is well-curated, and there is a full breakfast menu and tasty sandwiches.

The Graziano’s burger debuted at my Burger Beast Burger Brawl in 2014 and can be eaten at the markets to this day.

Graziano’s Restaurant in Westchester

The restaurants are more of a full-service sit-down affair. You will love everything about this spot if you’re into Argentine Parilladas or grilled meats.

At the Westchester restaurant, you are greeted with a fire pit. It sets the mood for what you’re about to experience.

The smells from it make me want to run into the dining area and start eating off someone else’s plate. A charred beef scent in the air will do that to my mind.

We usually start with beef empanadas (seasoned ground beef-green olives-boiled eggs) and provoleta (house provolone cheese-tomatoes-oregano-extra virgin olive oil).

First-timers may want to share a Parillada (sausage-blood sausage-sweetbreads-short ribs) or order one as a starter for the table; we’ve done that before too.

Graziano’s is my spot for one when I’m craving steak, and their Ojo de Bife (rib-eye steak) never disappoints. We also appreciate little details on their menu like this:

A CUT ABOVE. WE PROUDLY SERVE GRASS-FED ARGENTINE BEEF FROM THE LOGROS FAMILY
RANCH IN CĂ“RDOBA, ARGENTINA. NEVER PLACED IN A FEEDLOT, GIVEN ANTIBIOTICS OR
HORMONES OUR WELL-LOVED ANIMALS PRODUCE TENDER, NATURALLY MARBLED BEEF
THAT’S AS HAPPY AND HEALTHY AS THEY ARE.

I’ve been coming to Graziano’s for so many years I’ve lost count, and plenty of delicious food has been consumed here with friends and family. You should check them out; I think you’ll dig them.
