One of the quirkiest food truck events I have ever been involved with was Hellzapoppin Circus Sideshow and Food Truck Night. Seminole Casino Hollywood decided to merge my monthly food truck event with a traveling circus sideshow, two events for the price of one.
It was also a departure from most other food truck events at the time because you needed to be 21 to attend. The Hellzapoppin’ Circus Sideshow did three free shows (6 PM, 8 PM, and 10 PM) on Saturday, October 1st, 2011.
It was a fun and interesting night, but I don’t think many people ate after watching some of the performances like the Lizard Man and BryceThe Govna Graves drilling into his nostril.

Tacos, Bite GastroTruck, Che Grill, CheeseMe, Daddy’s Grill, Dim Ssäm á GoGo, Dog Eat Dog, the Fish Box, gastroPod, Grill Master Cafe, Guiseppe’s Italian Sausage, Jefe’s Original Fish Taco, Latin Burger & Taco, Mr. Good Stuff, Nacho Bizness, the Rolling Stove, Sugar Rush, and Sugar Yummy Mama.
