A whole bunch of flavor is coming out of the small Nacho Bizness food truck. Nacho Bizness starts early enough that it serves breakfast and lunch in South Florida, predominantly Fort Lauderdale.
There is a regular menu and some specials every day. On the day before I checked them out, there was a burger on the menu, which I unfortunately missed.
Today was Taco Tuesday, so you got a free soda & cookies or chips with your order of tacos. I had a Yum Yum (spicy Korean pulled pork) taco and a Marley (Jamaican jerk chicken) taco, along with a Rodeo Burrito (grilled BBQ steak).
And while I liked the Marley Taco, I thought the Yum Yum was the way to go.
It is a bit spicy but not overpowering. Eating this authentic-style Mexican taco with sour cream is odd, but it worked well. Who am I to complain?
The Rodeo Burrito had chipotle BBQ sauce, black bean and corn salsa, guac, cilantro, chipotle sour cream, sweet chili oil, black beans, rice, and Mexican cheese (Cotija). The one thing that made this burrito for me was the meat.
It was soft and flavorful.
Now, if I could only go back in time to try the burger, follow Nacho Bizness to find where they’re at!
