Even though I celebrate the burger every day in Miami, National Burger Month is the time for the rest of the world to celebrate the iconic sandwich. Every May, I put out a list of Burger Beast happenings along with some spots that are also celebrating, usually with specialty burgers.

The Burger Benefit – Sunday, May 7th
There will be a bunch of burger folks making & selling their version of the cheeseburger from The Menu for one hour.
We’re talking peeps like George Motz, Babe’s Meat & Counter, Burger Buff, Carolina Jax, Fox Bros. BBQ, the Food Truck Store, NFA Burger, and Burger Beast. Check out the complete list HERE.
All proceeds benefit Giving Kitchen, a nonprofit organization that provides emergency assistance to food service workers.

Burger Beast Popup at Royal Castle – Monday, May 15th
You heard right! I’m doing a Burger Beast Popup at the iconic Royal Castle restaurant (2700 NW 79th St, Miami). It’s all going down starting at 7 PM til 9ish.
Burger Beast Popup at Joanna’s Marketplace – Saturday, May 20th
Our last pop-up of the season will be at Joanna’s Marketplace (8247 S Dixie Hwy, Miami) from 11 AM – SELLOUT.
