Have You Been To Potter’s Wax Museum in St. Augustine?

Marcela and I visited Potter’s Wax Museum in 2011 when it was at the 17 King Street location. It has since moved to 31 Orange Street and upgraded its digs big time.

Potter’s Wax Museum was established in 1948 and is considered to be the first wax museum of its kind in the United States. There are over 160 wax sculptures running the gamut of real and pop culture characters, politicians included.

Our favorites were, of course, anything in the world of Universal Monsters or Horror films.

Overall I’d say if you’re in the area to check it out, it’s worth it alone for the photo opportunities, aka selfies if you’re into that world.

One last thing, someone get that Frankenstein Monster a burger; he’s wasting away. The poor guy is so thin his pants are gigantic on him.

Herman Munster, on the other hand, has never looked better!
