Harry and Michelle of Empanada Harry’s newest adventure is right next door at Smoke and Dough. Before the opening, Harry and Michelle gradually integrated some smoked meats into Empanada Harry’s menu.
Harry’s Smoke and Dough Smokehouse is a Miami-style BBQ spot.
The tequeños and croquetas should be considered when choosing the tapas to start your meal. You don’t want to fill up because you need to leave some space for the BBQ and dessert.
The brisket and timba sausage are must-eats, along with the smoked pastrami sandwich, which I find is perfect for eating at home while searching for something to watch.
Burgers on Fridays
There’s a killer smoked cheeseburger available on Fridays only; I’d suggest getting the housemade potato chips since they are a delicious combo.
The souped-up BEAST croqueta preparada was named after me since I’m a giant fan of the ham and cheese sandwich from Empanada Harry’s and the croquetas from Smoke and Dough with the addition of my Guava Sriracha Ketchup.
Please don’t leave without trying the smoked flan cause you will regret it.
Oh yeah, one last thing, I ran into Johnny Bananas of MTV’s The Challenge fame at Smoke and Dough one afternoon when he was filming an episode of 1st Look.
