This is one version of the original Chicken Kitchen Mustard Curry sauce recipe used at one of their locations in Pinecrest, Florida. The Mustard Curry sauce was made in-house when a relative of mine worked for Chicken Kitchen.
Variations of this mustard curry sauce spread like wildfire across restaurants since it was introduced, including places like Pollo Tropical.
The recipe itself has very few ingredients and should be easy for just about anyone to recreate.
PLEASE NOTE: The Mustard Curry sauce is highly addictive, so proceed with extreme caution.
Mustard Curry Sauce Copycat Recipe
- 2 TBSP Mayo
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 2 TBSP water
Only 1 Step: Mix up all the ingredients in a bowl and stir it up thoroughly.
*If you’d like to thin out the sauce, add some more water.
