I was starving and didn’t want to leave my house. I began scouring an app looking for something that called my name, and then there it was.
The mother freakin’ cheesesteak from Hole 19 Scratch Kitchen. This little ditty has Guinness grilled onions & scratch-made Whiz on its real-deal steak.
The physical location is at the Miami Springs Golf & Country Club; sounds quite fancy if you ask me. I photographed, I ate & to top it off, I paid for it like a real blogger or influencer should.
2 Weeks Later…at Hole 19
A few weeks before, I had the ridiculously awesome cheesesteak from Hole 19 Sctach Kitchen delivered to my house. Yesterday, I went to the actual restaurant, which is on the golf course in Miami Springs.
Yes, the digs are a little bit fancier than my usual stops. I’m glad to say that at least there is plenty of parking across the street.
So here’s the breakdown and what I ate.
CAB Hole 19 Burger is a 10oz (short rib, brisket & chuck) burger patty topped with gouda cheese, tomato chutney, Guinness grilled onions & pickles on a brioche bun. It was cooked to a perfect medium, as requested.
While the burger was solid, the cheesesteak was still a notch above.
The Guinness battered onion rings are listed on the menu as “THE BEST ONION RINGS YOU’LL EVER EAT.” The O-rings were great, but the horsey dipping sauce was phenomenal.
And for dessert, there was a chocolate chess pie. I haven’t eaten a real deal Chess Pie since my last out-of-state road trip to Kentucky last year. This chocolate chess pie is up there with the best of them.
