The Pizza en Fuego Food Truck, formerly Mulberry 1965 Pizza On The Run, was launched in 2013 and parked just off Biscayne Boulevard. The most interesting thing about Pizza en Fuego is that it has a wood-fired brick oven inside.
Pizza en Fuego uses only San Marzano tomatoes, Caputo flour, fresh mozzarella made daily, and the finest ingredients in the market. The pizzas are 12 inches, and no slices can be purchased individually.
There are more than ten different pies, even though only ten made it on the menu standee. Brooklyn, Buddy’s Pizza, and Pepperoni didn’t make the menu cut.
I don’t consider myself a pizza expert, but you don’t need to be one to realize that these pies are fuego…I know; I couldn’t resist. These fellas are excellent down to their chewy, crunchy crust.

I think the Miami Heat or Quattro Formaggi is next up for the trying. What’s your favorite? Let me know.
