During my visit to Islands Of Adventure, I explored the newly inaugurated Harry Potter section. I decided to immerse myself fully in the experience by visiting all the stores that gained popularity in the movies.
For those unfamiliar with the Harry Potter films, Honeydukes is the go-to place for wizards to satisfy their sweet cravings, offering iconic treats like chocolate frogs, gummy bears, jelly beans, and a tempting fudge bar.
I zeroed in on the white chocolate Oreo cookie crumb fudge immediately. Unfortunately, the Oreo crumbs were lacking, allowing the overpowering white chocolate flavor to dominate the overall experience.
Although the Chocolate Frog had a whimsical appearance and came in packaging reminiscent of the movies, it was nothing more than the chocolate Easter bunnies we ate as kids.
Just a heads up: after navigating through a crowd of people, I encountered a 10-minute wait at the Honeydukes register. So, plan accordingly.
