You know what’s really good? The Pastel de Guayaba from Pastelmania. If you’re not from Miami and have never had a “Pastelito” then you don’t know what you’re missing. A Pastel is a flaky puff pastry, filled in this case with Guava. There’s nothing like a pastelito for breakfast except for maybe a pastelito for an afternoon snack.
