Tacos El Machine Gon is a badass food truck out of Miami, Florida, that serves Mexican street food but specializes in tacos.
After the cities of Miami & Hollywood shut down the two longest-running food truck events in the state of Florida, we redirected our energies towards Burger Beast Boxes and Sauces, reviving our Burger Popups and making Croqueta Palooza spectacular.
Some folks don’t know that we get hired for corporate catering and bring our favorite food trucks for these events. Of course, I’m talking peeps like Are U Hungry? Grill, Cuban Guys, Flavorhouse Grill, Miami Roasted Corn, Monster Burgers, World Famous EggRolls, and Tacos El Machine Gon.
First, let’s talk about their name. Tacos El Machine Gon plays on the Mexican phrase, El Más Chingón. What they’re trying to tell us is that their tacos are not only badass but made badass-style.
I know that Marcela and I wholeheartedly agree.
Don’t miss out on the Esquites, a cup of corn with cotija cheese, chipotle aioli, and chile piquin. So freakin’ good!
If you see cochinita pibil tacos on the menu, they’re a must-order item.
