Killer Melts originally began its life as a Miami food truck that featured grilled cheeses and burgers. There are now 2 restaurant locations in Kendall and at Yumbrella.
A closed restaurant is unfortunate, but it’s a sad reality when businesses like Burger & Suds, Dad’s Favorite Burgers, Penguin Point, Relish, and Scotty’s Landing shut down permanently.

Valento’s Pizza & Hoagies is a freakin’ great find. But, I’m sure the Naples natives know about it since it’s been around more than a decade.

Chef Richard Hales’s Bird & Bone concept was phenomenal. It’s a shame it closed down due to issues with the hotel where it was originally located.
St. Petersburg’s Coney Island Grill opened up in 1926. The Coney Dogs (Chili Dogs) and Cheeseburger are excellent.
