There probably isn’t a Miami Food Truck with a more eclectic menu than Cruisin Gourmet, better known around these parts as The Red Truck. Tony Jebian, the owner of Cruisin Gourmet received the nickname The Red Truck at Monsignor Pace High School where the red trailer originally started out as their lunch trailer. It’s still there for lunch serving the students but makes it out to all the food truck rallys around Miami. There’s some great comfort food on this truck as well as some Cuban and Mediterranean fare. My favorite dish is the Chicken Melt (there’s also a new Philly Melt) but you can’t go wrong with the Bacon Cheese Fries.
